Heidi Lubetkin

Vice President of Clinical and Senior Services:

Heidi Lubetkin has worked in healthcare for over 20 years, creating environments and systems to support communities with distinct disparities of health including the elderly and those in recovery. As CRT’s Vice President of Clinical and Senior Services, she manages a copious range of services ranging from our subsidized Assisted Living facility, The Retreat; Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP); to our three licensed mental health and substance use outpatient clinics; Domestic Violence Program; Ryan White Services; and our recently opened Women’s Empowerment Center and Center for Healthy Families.

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, a Masters of Science with a focus on Human Services, is certified in Mental Health First Aid, and Contact Tracing.  She authored a paper that was published in the journal ‘Promising Practice for Engaging Physicians.’  Heidi presented a poster at the Addiction Health Services Research Forum on Alternative 911 Response:  Hartford’s HEART Team, and serves on several advisory boards to ensue social change in our community.  Heidi is in her last phase of her PhD program studying the impact of mental health isolation and residential older adults during COVID-19 isolation periods.

Heidi is a proud mother of four children, including one who serves in the United States Navy.  She is an avid hiker and animal lover.
