CRT offers HIV testing, education and counseling for people who are living with HIV or who are at risk of infection. Contact CRT and let us know how we can help.
Free HIV Testing
CRT offers free, confidential testing to people at high risk of contracting HIV/AIDS. Outreach staff meet people in the community or at CRT’s offices. Results are available within 20 minutes. If tests are positive, staff will connect participants to counseling services and other supports such as medical appointments and case management. PrEP Navigation/Education
PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) lets people at high risk of contracting HIV prevent infection by taking one pill every day. In confidential, one-on-one sessions, we focus on healthy living and positive behavior changes. PrEP Navigation services are available for free. Counseling Services
CRT provides counseling to those living with HIV/AIDS, their partners and family members. Counseling can address life stressors, living with HIV, and mental health and substance use issues. Services also include: psychiatric medication management and referrals to a more intensive, higher level of care (if needed) such as Intensive Outpatient Services. Both individual and group counseling is confidential. Additional Details
Clinical substance abuse and mental health treatment includes: case management, counseling, Intensive Out-Patient (IOP). Clinicians facilitate groups, family, couples and individual counseling.
