- Each unit has a separate bedroom, ample closets; and
- Bath with a roll-in shower for easy access.
Coventry Place is located at 160 Coventry Street, Bloomfield, at the corner of Tower Avenue. It is close to St. Francis Hospital.
St. Michael’s Building is located at 35 Clark Street, Hartford. Apartments are in a historic school located on the Generations campus. A computer lab, social areas and a laundry room are available.

Renters will be asked to sign a one-year lease. Renters must:
- Be 62 years of age or older
- Be able to live alone
- Meet income limits
The following is required to apply:
- Proof of income and assets
- Proof of good standing with your current landlord
- Birth certificates for household members
- Social Security cards for household members
