November 2, 2026 First day for fuel deliveries
April 1, 2027 Deadline for fuel authorizations for deliveries
April 8, 2027 Deadline for fuel deliveries authorized on or before April 1, 2027
May 31, 2027 Last day to apply
June 17, 2027 Last day to submit deliverable fuel bills

WAYS TO APPLY FOR ENERGY ASSISTANCE:
- SCHEDLE AN APPOINTMENT WITH CRT: Call 860-560-5800 to schedule an in-person or phone interview at a CRT Intake Site.
- APPLY THROUGH YOUR LOCAL SOCIAL SERVICE OFFICE: Participating towns can assist residents with Energy Assistance applications. Find a participating location in your town. Please see the list of towns we serve below.
- SUBMIT A PAPER APPLICATION: Download an application at ct.gov/heatinghelp or pick one up at a CRT Intake Site. Submit your completed application and required documents by email, fax, mail, or drop-off.
