CRT’s Center for Healthy Families is a welcoming community-based outpatient clinic offering child and family counseling, mental health support, guidance, and practical strategies to help your child, age 3-18, thrive.  NO WAIT LIST

As parents and children navigate our complex world, the stressors of daily life can lead to a rise in anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our unique approach offers family-centered care to meet the needs of each individual and family. We provide strength-based, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming clinical care and case management services.

• Telehealth services for established patients

Application Process:

Parents/Guardians can apply or be referred by any provider.  Referrals can be emailed to CRThealthyFamilies@crtct.org.

Intakes will be scheduled and confirmation of appointment within 24 hours.  Providers will receive active communication and updates on referrals.
