DESCRIPTION:Community Renewal Team in collaboration with Connecticut Art Education Association\, Inc. are thrilled to announce the winners of the 33rd National Arts Program Exhibit.  Congratulations to all the talented artists.  The first-place artwork will hang in the first floor Conrad L. Mallett Gallery at CT State Capital\, 950 Main Street in Hartford through May 8th. \nThis year’s National Arts Program featured a collaboration with The Mark Twain House & Museum Nook Farm Writers Collaborative.  The high school students created an original ekphrastic poem to go along with each first-place category artwork.
