Supportive Services for Veteran Families
Reaching out to veterans who are homeless, or in danger of losing their housing!
Veterans and their families are assisted with homeless prevention. Homeless veterans can quickly find and pay for new, more affordable housing. Veterans and their families throughout Central Connecticut are welcome to contact our office.
Staff connect veterans with all VA services (medical, mental health and substance abuse). We help families find support services within CRT and in the larger community.
