Group & Corporate Giving:

Ways to Give Back to Your Community

CRT has a long history of successfully working with community groups, faith-based organizations and local businesses/corporations to further the CRT mission and promote advancement in our communities. Partnering with CRT expands resources and opportunities that strengthen individuals and families living in our communities, while building loyalty with members, customers and employees.

UPS Changes Lives
The Women’s Leadership group of United Parcel Service became a valued partner of CRT in 2011. UPS signed on as the presenting sponsor of Tee Off With Women, CRT’s all-women golf tournament. Tee Off with Women supports housing and other services for survivors of domestic violence.

In addition, UPS made an unsolicited contribution of $25,000 to CRT’s Early Care and Education program. This generous gift purchased 25 classroom computers, so that every child in every CRT preschool classroom now has access to a computer – closing the digital divide of the future!

“It’s more than an investment of dollars: Our employees helped build vegetable gardens so that grandmothers who are raising their grandchildren could grow healthy food for those youngsters. I can honestly say that every staff member who has worked with CRT has really felt energized by the opportunity to make a difference.”

UPS is making a difference in the lives of domestic violence survivors, preschool children in our Early Care Centers and grandparents raising grand children in our Generations program. Partnering with CRT is an investment that changes lives.

Your Donation, Your Way
100% of every donated dollar goes to programs in Connecticut. CRT offers a wide variety of programs and events to assist underserved residents of Central Connecticut. Your donations help CRT serve low-income Veterans, senior citizens, preschool children victims of domestic violence and other under-served groups.

Community Renewal Team (CRT) is a 501(c) 3, non-profit agency recognized by the IRS and the State of Connecticut. All charitable gifts made to CRT are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
