ServicesThe CRT Project T.E.A.C.H. (Training Employment and Community Housing) program provides housing subsidies and supportive management services to 20 homeless single adults originating from homeless shelters, street or uninhabitable environment in the Greater Hartford Region. This program incorporates case management, life skills training, employment education, substance abuse counseling, mental health counseling, money management and more. Clients participate in the program for two years, at which point they graduate and stay in apartments or move to other permanent housing. |
