The CRT Scattered-Site Supportive Housing Program is a permanent supportive housing program designed to provide housing assistance and supportive services to homeless individuals with disabilities.

The program incorporates case management, home visits, behavioral health, job training, and more.

Clients must locate their own housing in the towns of East Hartford, West Hartford, and Bloomfield. As long as funding is available and program requirements are met, participants may remain in program until they can maintain an apartment or move to other permanent housing.

Application Process

Clients are referred to the program by shelter or center staff.

Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Eligibility Requirements

Clients must:
- Be in a homeless shelter or living on the streets.
- Have a diagnosable disability.
- Have income and be able to pay 30% of gross income as program fee.
- Be able to put utilities in own name.
- Clean and sober 90 days prior to admittance.
