Scattered-Site Housing

Services

The CRT Scattered-Site Housing Program is designed to provide housing assistance and supportive services to homeless individuals with disabilities. The program incorporates case management, home visits, behavioral health,
job training, and more. Clients must locate their own housing in the towns of East Hartford, West Hartford, and Bloomfield. The program is for three years at which point clients graduate and stay in an apartment or move to other permanent housing

Eligibility Requirements

Clients must:
- Be in a homeless shelter or living on the streets.
- Have a diagnosable disability.
- Have income and be able to pay 30% of gross income as program fee.
- Be able to put utilities in own name.

Application Process

Clients are referred to the program by shelter or center staff.
