Permanent Supportive Housing

Services

The CRT Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides subsidized housing and supportive services to homeless families with children. As long as funding is available and program requirements are met, families may remain in program until they can maintain an apartment or move to other permanent housing. Clients must have a disability and be motivated to go through a serious life-changing program that incorporates case management, home visits,
behavioral health, training, and more. Clients must find housing in towns surrounding Hartford: East Hartford, West Hartford, Bloomfield, Windsor and Manchester.

Application Process

Families are referred to the program by caseworkers from homeless shelters.
