Middletown Summer Food Program

Services

Breakfast, snack or lunch for children 5 to 16 years of age who meet the income eligibility. Sites are in low income areas or where children gather during the summer months. CRT sponsored sites offer supervised activities and crafts.

Eligibility Requirements

If the sites are within an income-eligible area, all children are eligible to participate. If not, then eligibility forms must be completed for each child and 51% must be eligible for free or reduced-price school lunch.

Eligibility forms are filled out for each child.
