HealthyTeen Hartford Program

Services

Healthy Teen Hartford is an underage alcohol prevention program that provides evidence-based interventions endorsed by the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. The goal is to change or influence community standards and attitudes that shape behaviors and raise awareness and educate public officials, educators, parents and youth of substance abuse and the related consequences. The program works with all groups of clients, staff of CRT, and other youth serving organizations. CRT is a lead organizer in TIHPSY, or Teens in Hartford Promoting Sober Youth, which recruits and trains teens as peer educators and advocates.

Eligibility Requirements

Services are available to all CRT Programs and organizations interested in large or small group presentations or one on one sessions.
