HIV Prevention Program

Services

The CRT HIV Prevention Program provides evidence-based interventions endorsed by the Centers for Disease Control. Interventions are targeted to the specific strengths, barriers and opportunities of each group of participants:

• Parents of Early Care and Education children,
• Persons receiving case management services at the Family Service Centers (Community Promise)
• Fresh Start clients (SISTA)

Eligibility Requirements

Available to all participants in Early Care and Education Centers, SAGA Case Management, Fresh Start and the community at large.
