Services
The CRT Eviction and Foreclosure Prevention program
provides assistance to those at clear risk of losing their
housing.
The program provides three services:
- Mediation: Landlord – Tenant Conflict Resolution
- Grant funds for back rent and mortgages
- Mortgage-holder agreements and payment
rescheduling for delinquent mortgages
The program mediates monetary conflicts and provides third party monitoring as deemed appropriate. The program also educates landlords and tenants about their rights and responsibilities through written materials, workshops and/or individual briefings.
