Early Winners

Services

Early Winners provides intensive tutoring to Hartford elementary school children who are having trouble learning to read. After an assessment by a certified teacher, children receive targeted interventions from trained adult tutors.

Eligibility Requirements

Children in Kindergarten through Grade 3, attending school served by CRT including Martin Luther King, Burns, Clark, Simson Waverly, Milner or Wish Elementary Schools in Hartford.

Application Process

Parent requests services at the elementary school office.

Service Hours and Locations

Early Winners operates during the school year, after school approximately 2:30 pm – 4:00 p.m. Services take place at the child’s school coordinated through CRT’s office at:

555 Windsor Street, Hartford.
