Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) |
ServicesThe Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) provides low income and working poor households with help in meeting their winter heating bills. Through CEAP, eligible households may secure fuel deliveries and have their utility heating costs defrayed. For households whose heat is included in their rent, one-time financial assistance is available. |
Eligibility RequirementsEligibility for CEAP is based on gross annual income and household size. Any household with a gross annual income at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines, which has provided all required documentation is eligible for the program. |
