Alternative Incarceration Centers (AIC)

 

Services

CRT’s Alternative Incarceration Centers (AIC) provide pretrial and sentenced individuals ages 16 and above with a structured system of support services, interventions, positive reinforcement and graduated sanctions. Services and interventions are based on assessing criminogenic needs. Clients work with caseworkers to develop individual service plans, identifying strengths and motivation to change. The program offers evidence based interventions and provides clients the opportunity to make restitution through community service. Types of services provided include:
• Assessment/Case Management
• Community Service
• Intervention Service
• Cognitive skills groups, substance abuse intervention groups and job readiness and placement

 

Eligibility Requirements

Clients can must be 16 years or older and in the pretrial or sentenced stage of incarceration.

 

Application Process

All clients must be referred through Parole, Probation, and/or Courts.
