Grand Families Ribbon Cutting

Ribbon Cutting Grand Families, hartford

September 6, 2007, CRT celebrated the grand opening of the Grandfamily Housing Development. At left, Robin Hossain, the first resident of the development cuts the ribbon with legislators, stakeholders and project leaders; the complex stands ready to receive its first residents on the right.

NAEYC Accreditation

Middletown Mayor Sebastian Giuliano, right, presents a proclamation Declaring December 5, 2007 to be Middletown Head Start Day. The presentation went to Dr. Paul Copes, left, and Lisa Ellis, the Unit Manager of CRT's Middletown Early Care and Education Center, in honor of the accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
