Anti-Drinking Billboard Art Contest
for Hartford Youth (ages 12-17)
CRT and members of the CRT Healthy Teen Hartford Coalition to Stop Underage Drinking,a program funded through The Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), are sponsoring a billboard art contest for youth (ages 12-17) residing in Hartford, CT. Youthwill submit artwork showing why they are NOT in a rush to drink alcohol. Six winners will be selected, and will have their artwork placed on billboards across the city.

“WHY RUSH?” Billboard Contest Rules and Guidelines
Youth (ages 12-17) will submit artwork showing why they are not in a rush to drink alcohol. Three winners will be selected have their artwork placed on billboards across the city.
Contest Deadline:
All entries must be delivered no later than 4pm on Friday, August 7, 2009
Entries may be mailed or hand delivered to: ATTENTION: CRT Healthy Hartford Coalition to Stop Underage Drinking “WHY RUSH?” Billboard Art Contest at:

Any entries submitted past the deadline will not be entered into the contest.
Billboard Artwork Guidelines

Use bright colors and bold lettering. Remember, a billboard must be seen from a distance

DO NOT INCLUDE
